Rob Whitehead MSGD MA MloD
The school's principal, Rob Whitehead, is a registered member of the Society of Garden Designers and a member of their Colleges and Students Committee. He holds a Masters degree in Garden & Landscape Design and is a RHS Chelsea medalist.
Through his design consultancy, Rob undertakes a wide variety of garden design work, from small urban gardens to large scale multi-discipline projects for both private individuals and corporate clients.
Currently, he is working on projects in London, East Anglia and North Carolina, USA.
Rob has over 20 years' senior management experience within the design, graphics and media industries in the UK and Europe. His expertise encompasses business start ups, marketing, training and development. He is a member of the lnstitute of Directors.
Rob undertakes a significant proportion of the teaching on the diploma course alongside his design work, and his combination of design and business experience makes him uniquely qualified in the field of garden design education.
